Join us for a practical workshop with Aimee Cote , a bilingual French-English therapist, exploring the Beyond Behaviors approach. This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of children with challenging behaviors who want to better understand what may be behind their child's reactions, struggles, or big emotions.
Aimee will share a relationship-based approach to behavior, helping parents move beyond simply “managing” behavior and toward understanding the child's needs underneath.
The session will focus on practical ways to:
• strengthen your relationship with your child
• respond with more connection and less conflict
• understand challenging behavior with more compassion
• spend less time managing behavior and more time supporting your child
